I’m Sarah Anne Hart, OTD, OTR/L, RYT-200, an occupational therapist in Colorado and founder of Hart and Haven LLC, providing neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, evidence-based occupational therapy for neurodivergent adults and teens. I support clients in building lives that feel more sustainable, meaningful, and aligned with who they truly are—so they can become their favorite selves.
My work is grounded in a Lifestyle Redesign-informed approach, helping people rediscover joy in daily occupations, strengthen executive functioning, and develop supportive routines that honor their energy, sensory needs, and values. I have a special interest in autistic burnout recovery, active rest, nervous system regulation, interoceptive awareness, and energy-conscious living, as well as using lived experience as a therapeutic tool and cultivating third spaces that foster connection and belonging.
In practice, I integrate executive functioning coaching, sensory processing and sensory integration-informed strategies, environmental and task adaptations, and strengths-based problem solving to support occupational flourishing. I am certified in the DIR/Floortime® (DIR-Basic) approach and the STAR Frame of Reference (STAR ProCert 1), and I bring a background in acute-care mental health occupational therapy to my work. As a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), I also incorporate body-based and mindfulness-informed practices to support self-regulation and embodied awareness.
I am a lifelong learner committed to advancing neurodiversity-affirming, client-centered occupational therapy and creating spaces where neurodivergent individuals feel understood, respected, and empowered.
I’d be honored to partner with you on your journey toward finding more joy in your everyday life.
